Certain plants marked as “special order” are non-returnable as indicated on their product pages.

Due to international shipping regulations, we cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions. By placing an order, you confirm your location is within our service area.
4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after leaving our facility.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after leaving our facility.
5.2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
5.3. Shipping Limitations
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Someone must be available to receive the delivery to ensure plants are not left exposed to extreme weather conditions.
5.4. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Return Policy
Due to the living nature of our products, we have a specific return policy to protect plant health:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Plants must be in their original container with soil intact.
- All plant tags and identification must remain attached.
- The plant should be in the same resalable condition as when received.
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required.
6.2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or special order plants
- Plants that have been planted or repotted
- Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation not present at delivery
- Opened or used perishable gardening supplies
- Live plants that have been substantially altered from their delivered state
6.3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Use subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number
- Repackage plant securely in original packaging if possible

- Write Return Authorization Number on the box
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6.4. Refunds and Exchanges
Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchanges for items of equal or greater value ship at no additional charge

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, weather, and shipping carrier delays.
