Shipping Information
We are thrilled to ship our botanical treasures globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order. Each plant is lovingly inspected and packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our facility.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our facility.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way!
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. However, due to the living nature of our products, we have a specific policy in place to protect plant health.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest biosecurity and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Custom or special order plants (as indicated on their product pages)
- Plants that have been planted or repotted since delivery
- Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation that were not present at the time of delivery
- Opened or used perishable gardening supplies (e.g., fertilizers, soils)
- Live plants that have been substantially altered from their delivered state. This includes many of our specialty botanical specimens like Acer, Albizia, Amelanchier, and other plants from our curated menu, once they are no longer in their original, resalable condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The plant must be in its original container with the soil intact.
- All plant tags and identification must remain attached.
- The plant should be in the same condition as when you received it (resalable).
- You must have the original proof of purchase (order number).
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and provide your order details and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions.
- Package Securely: Please repackage the plant(s) in their original packaging, if possible, ensuring they are well-protected for the journey back to us.
- Ship Back: Mail the package to the address below. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

United States - Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Upon approval of your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value, we will ship the new plant at no additional shipping charge once the return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Send us photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the items back.
